Fees & Charges Explained
As a tenant, you will be required to pay various fees and charges which will cover our expenses from when you start your tenancy with us. The table on details the fees and charges you may incur at the start of your tenancy and as the tenancy is renewed.

Why are there fees & charges?
The fees we charge are to cover various costs of renting out the property, including stationery, labour and administration costs, as well as the fees ourselves pay to third parties such as reference agencies and inventory agencies.
How do I pay any fees or charges due?
You will be advised of any charges which are due and also of the payment methods by our agents.

** An account will be deemed to be in arrears if the monthly rent due is outstanding, more than three days after the due date.
