“We always look forward to a celebratory pint afterwards and finding out how much we’ve raised for some great causes.

“Hopefully 2018 can beat all previous records again.”

A variety of stalls and rides will be open for business from 10.30am in Lymm village centre.

There will be fairground rides, plus a range of charities and community groups will be selling their wares and raising money for good causes.

There is no chance of going hungry either as there will be plenty of food stalls dotted around, particularly at the Easter Food Fest on Henry Street Car Park (next to the youth and community centre).

Here you will find lots of tasty food including cakes, chutneys, sausages and sweets.

This year’s event will be sponsored by the Co-operative Food for the fifth year running and businesses can still sign up to be corporate sponsors on the day and buy corporate ducks.

Anyone interested in holding a stall on the day can in touch with organisers by emailing stalls@lymmduckrace.co.uk.

n For more information on the event, becoming a sponsor, sponsoring a duck or just how to get your tickets, visit lymmduckrace.co.uk.

Tickets will also be on sale on Saturdays in the village centre in the run up to the big day.
