On both levels of service we provide:
- Visit the property to conduct a market appraisal
- Promote the property via several advertisement avenues
- Arrange and conduct viewings
- Reference and vet tenants
- Provide a tenancy agreement on your behalf
- Collect the first month’s rent and deposit
When we manage the property, you get all this as well:

- Advise utility suppliers of the readings at the start and end of tenancy
- Collect the deposit
- Collect the rent each month and produce chaser letters when overdue
- Provide extension and end of tenancy documents
- Organise an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
- Conduct and inventory
- Register your tenants deposit with a government backed scheme
- Carry out inspections
- Perform a check-out inspection and act on your behalf regarding the deposit.
- Arrange and maintain gas safety and electrical safety checks (a charge will be made by a contractor for carrying out these checks)
- Organise maintenance to the property
- Pay service charges and utility bills on your behalf
- Provide a statement of accounts every months
- Rent guarantee insurance provided for initial six month tenancy
