Covid update from 5th November

With Lockdown 2 coming into place this Thursday 5th November, we expect to receive a lot of enquiries from our clients, understandebly concerned about how this will affect them and their property. Having reviewed the situation and the new restrictions coming into place, we're pleased to be able to reassure all of our clients that we can continue on as normal, with current safety measures remaining in place. These include:
- Viewings limited to a maximum of 2 individuals who MUST be from the same household.
- Keeping a safe distance apart where possible
- Wearing a face covering throughout the appointment
- Using hand sanitizer on entering and vacating a property
Robert Jenrick, UK Housing Minister has tweeted the following information:
- Renters & homeowners will be able to move
- Removal firms and estate agents can operate
- Construction sites can and should continue
- Tradespeople will be able to enter homes
But all must follow the Covid safety guidance
